Benleader Pty Ltd t/a Victorian International Academy is aspiring to expand in the vocational education sector as specialised hospitality industry Registered Training. We are currently in the process of applying for VET and CRICOS registration. 

​

We are looking for dedicated and passionate trainers & assessors for the following hospitality qualifications:

• SIT30816 - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

• SIT40516 - Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

• SIT50416 - Diploma of Hospitality Management

 

Full time, part time, casual and weekend positions are available.

 

Essential Criteria:

​

Training qualification:

• Must have TAE40110/ TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

​

Vocational qualification:

• Must have vocational competency at least to the level delivering training and assessment.

​

Industry currency and experience:

• Current industry skills in the hospitality industry including a minimum of three (3) years of current industry experience as Chef/Cook.

​

Professional development:

• Evidence of ongoing professional development in fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment.

​

Desirable 

• Experience in handling administrative work related to training and assessment.

• Prior experience of contextualization of assessment tools and training materials.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of VET legislation including national code 2018 and standards for RTOs 2015.
