Victorian International Academy uses the services of the following Education and Immigration Agents to market our courses and recruit both local and international students. Potential students are required to participate in a pre-training interview with a Victorian International Academy Administration team member to help identify the most suitable course to meet the student’s needs and to explain the course details, fees, duration and enrolment process.

To ensure the integrity of our Agents, Victorian International Academy follows processes to appoint and monitor the suitability and appropriateness of our Agents.
VIA EDUCATION AGENT APPLICATION FORM
If you are interested in becoming an Agent with Victorian International Academy, please complete and submit the Application Form for review.

VIA COMPLAINTS & APPEALS POLICY
Victorian International Academy is committed to providing quality training and assessment but we welcome the opportunity for students to raise any areas of inadequacy, so we can resolve them and improve our services. If you have an issue you would like to raise, please read over our policy to identify the next steps to take.
VIA COMPLAINTS FORM
If you have a concern regarding your training, a staff member or another student that you would like to raise, please use the VIA Complaints Form to outline your concern.
VIA CREDIT TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM
Victorian International Academy recognises that students may have completed previous training that can contribute to the course they wish to enrol into. To have your previous training credits assessed, please complete our Credit Transfer Application Form.
VIA REFUND APPLICATION FORM
VIA students may be entitled to a refund under certain circumstances, please complete our form so your application can be processed.
VIA STUDENT WITHDRAWAL FORM
VIA understand that things can change, if you would like to withdraw from one of our courses, please complete this form.
